How do I order ?

Ordering at Design Crew is easy. Just select the items you want & add them to your cart. Enter your shipping address and payment information before you proceed to payment.

Do I need to create an Account on Design Crew to place an order ?

You will need to register on the site to place an order.

My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account ?

Click on ‘My Account’, enter your username and the password and login to your account. Click Account Information and change the displayed email address and save the record.

What is the benefit of creating an account on Design Crew ?

There are various benefits of creating an account on the Design Crew, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers. You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

How do I track my order once it is placed ?

Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number.
Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.
You can also log into your account and view the shipping details.

I am unsure of my size, which size do I order ?

If you are unsure of your size, you can measure yourself using our measurement guide.

I want to Place bulk orders or need some specific products, whom do I contact ?

You can write to us on our contact page for all bulk orders, we will assist you with quotes and information based on the emails.

What are the payment options that I can avail of while placing an order ?

Which credit/ debit cards does Design Crew support ?

Payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways.Currently, all Visa and Master Credit cards will be accepted.

How do I know that my credit/ debit card payment is safe ?

Payments are accepted
through certified third party payment gateways. These gateways are certified for all security aspects.

What do I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) & that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within business days. You can write to us on our contact page (https://shopdesigncrew.com) with your order number for any clarification.

Can I pay through Net banking ? What is the procedure ?

Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.

Does Design Crew offer an EMI option ?

Yes, we offer an EMI option for ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra and IndusInd Bank Credit Cards only for orders above Rs.3000/-. Kindly confirm the terms of conditions of EMI with your concerned bank before availing this option.

Can I change my order once it has been placed ?

We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the. address of delivery. 

Can I cancel my order ?

Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, kindly write to us through the contact page (https://shopdesigncrew.com/) with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm the cancellation.

When and how will get my refund in case of cancellation or product return ?

Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited, you can write to us on our email mentioned on the contact us page. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the
bank and the payment gateway used.
DESIGN CREW does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card. You will receive email intimation from DESIGN CREW about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.

What is your exchange policy ?

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, we can exchange size on request. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time the product/s has been delivered to you. https://shopdesigncrew.com/apps/ezy/returns

What if products ordered by me are out of stock ?

All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an
exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

Can I still create returns for my orders ?

When will you pick-up my return order ?

We are prioritizing our fulfillment and
operations to deliver products which our customers would need as they continue to stay at home. We will notify you on when we can schedule the return-pick. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Where all does Design Crew deliver ?

We deliver across the country to over 1200 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through logistics partners of reputed. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

What is the delivery timeline or my order ?

The general delivery timeline is 2 to business days (metro cities) and 5 to 10 business days (non metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code. But, due to Covid 19, the delivery can take 10+ working days.

How will I know whether I can get delivery in the areas that I live ?

Deliveries are made through third party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre populated in the backend. Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked from any product page on Design Crew website. The option is displayed on the right side of the product information. In case the pin code (area) you live in is not a part of the serviceable list, an error message will be displayed.

Is there a charge for delivery ?

No there is no charge for delivery currently. Delivery is free for all orders across the country.

What if I'm not home to receive my order ?

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
